Not all river cruises are the same. We help match you with the right river cruise line, ship, and itinerary based on your travel style.
Italy Group Trips.
Travel Italy alongside a small group of like-minded travelers. Our hosted journeys focus on experiencing one region deeply through local food, wine, culture, and meaningful connections, with all the logistics handled for you.

Once we decide to move forward, we’ll put a service agreement and planning fee in place to outline the value of working with a professional.
This nonrefundable fee is based on the number of travelers and complexity of your trip, and ensures high-quality, dedicated service from the start.

Trip Planning
This is the magical part. Here we begin building your itinerary combining your preferences with our industry knowledge and trusted local experts to shape your trip.
Along the way, we may reach out with questions or recommendations that allow us to secure the best options for your trip.

Itinerary Proposal
At this stage we will present your itinerary proposal, with the first and best option carefully designed for your review. After review, we’ll make any final refinements needed to ensure it aligns with your vision and investment.

Booking Process
Once approved, we handle all bookings and logistics as a complete trip package, including accommodations, experiences, and travel documentation.
Travel insurance options will be provided to offer a protection in your investment. Air can also be arranged for an additional cost.

Travel Support
Before departure, you'll receive your final itinerary and travel documents, as well as an opportunity to review everything together with confidence.
Once your journey begins, your local expert will be available 24/7. This is why we only work with carefully vetted partners. Our team also remains available for additional support. You'll never feel alone.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why hire a travel advisor?
A travel advisor saves you time, removes overwhelm, and provides expert planning, trusted partners, and attention to detail you won’t get booking on your own. I also provide support if anything goes wrong before or during your trip, so you’re never left figuring it out alone.
How soon should I book?
For Europe, I recommend starting 6–12 months in advance, especially for Italy, peak seasons, or more complex itineraries. For river cruises, I recommend at least 12 months in advance for the most popular routes and cabin selections to ensure the best availability and pricing.
Do you price match?
No. I am a boutique travel agency focused on service, not discounts, and I do not compete with large online booking platforms or “big box” travel sites. I will always work to find the best way to utilize your investment and maximize the value of your trip.
Can I use points or miles?
No, trips cannot be booked using points or miles through my services. However, I can often apply your existing loyalty programs or rewards where possible to ensure you receive credit.
Can I book just part of a trip?
No. I only plan and book complete trip packages. The only exception is air, which can sometimes be arranged separately if needed for premium or first class service with an additional fee.
Do you break down pricing?
No. Most trips are built and priced as complete packages through trusted suppliers, so pricing is provided as a total trip cost rather than itemized breakdowns. These are often supplier package rates that differ from booking directly, and are structured to reflect the full itinerary and services included.
What kind of clients do you work with?
I work with busy travelers who value saving time, thoughtful planning, and a seamless experience from start to finish. I do not work with budget-focused travel, and most itineraries have a minimum spend based on the level of service and destinations involved.
Do you book vacation rentals?
I do not book short-term rentals, as most major platforms are direct-to-consumer and do not work with travel advisors. In select cases, I can arrange vetted luxury villas and private homes with guaranteed quality and concierge-style support during your stay.
Is travel insurance required?
No, travel insurance is not required, but it is highly recommended to protect your investment against unforeseen events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel delays. I can provide policy suggestions or quotes to help guide your decision, but I am not a licensed insurance agent.
Do you offer group travel?
Yes. I host “come with me” group trips multiple times per year, and I can also arrange private group travel for small groups, often starting at just 10 people. These trips can include added perks, coordinated planning, and a more seamless experience for everyone traveling together.
